2024 PERMIT INFORMATION

The Louisville Dog Run Association's primary goal is to oversee the maintenance and continued improvement of dog parks in our community. Since the LDRA does not receive funds from any local or state governmental agency, all users of the dog parks are required to have official Dog Park Permits to use the areas. In addition, this ensures that all dogs using the dog parks are up to date on their vaccinations and have responsible owners who will abide by the rules, keeping our dog parks safe, healthy, and happy places to play.

The cost of the 2024 Dog Park Permit is $45.00 for the first dog, $35.00 for the second dog, $25.00 for the third dog, and $20.00 per additional dog in the same household. All funds from the sale of the Dog Park Permits will go towards the dog parks' maintenance and improvement costs. The permit will allow unlimited use of the dog parks through December 31, 2024.

You may apply for a permit by completing and submiting the permit application along with proof (photo copy) of each of your dog's rabies vaccination records to one of the Feeders Supply locations listed below. To get a copy of the dog park permit application in Adobe PDF format click here 2024 LDRA Application.pdf . It is a fillable form, so you may type in your information and then print it (recommended), or you may print it first and fill it out by hand legibly. If you have any questions please email us at info@louisvilledogs.org.

You must review all of the Dog Park Rules, by which you are agreeing to abide, and the "Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability" and sign the form on this application.
Your application will not be processed if this form is not signed.
Make sure your proof of dog rabies vaccination(s) are attached.

Dog park permit applications must be submitted in person at the following Feeders Supply locations: You must bring all required materials with you to the store. You may want to call ahead to make sure permits have not sold out at that location, as we get further into the year. Please note that their store hours may vary seasonally.

Please remember that Feeders Supply is just offering you and the LDRA a service by selling our dog park permits. (100% of the fees are sent to the LDRA.)The rules and permit requirements are LDRA's and not Feeders Supply's, so please do not get upset with the store for enforcing them. Feeders Supply has the right to refuse to sell you a membership if you are not courteous. If you have any questions about the rules and requirements, call LDRA at (502) 876-9416 or email us at info@louisvilledogs.org.
